Nedbank Cup semis date and venues confirmed
The Nedbank Cup semifinal fixture date, venues and kick-off times have been confirmed by the Premier Soccer League.
Both semifinal fixtures will be played on Saturday, 20 April.
The PSL also confirmed that tickets for the semifinal fixtures are now available at TicketPro outlets nationwide. They are selling at R40 for adults and R15 for children under the age of 12.
Lamontville Golden Arrows and TS Galaxy will kick off proceedings on Saturday afternoon when they square off at the Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium in Clermont, Durban. Kick-off is scheduled for 3pm.
TS Galaxy will be making the debut appearance in the Nedbank Cup semis and will be aiming to become only the fourth ever National First Division side to reach the final after MP Black Aces (2008), University of Pretoria (2009) and Black Leopards (2011).
They face a Lamontville Golden Arrows side also looking to reach their first ever Nedbank Cup final, having come very close to achieving that feat in 2017 when they narrowly lost to Orlando Pirates in the semis.
Later in the evening, Chippa United and Kaizer Chiefs will lock horns at the Nelson Mandela Bay stadium in the second semifinal. This match will kick off at 20:15pm.
The hosts, Chippa United, will be making their second Nedbank Cup semifinal appearance in three years and will aim to go one better by reaching their first ever final. Kaizer Chiefs, on the other hand, will be looking to reach their first Nedbank Cup final since lifting the trophy back in 2013.

Folau breaks Super Rugby all-time try record

Folau breaks Super Rugby all-time try record
Wallabies star Israel Folau broke the all-time record for Super Rugby tries when he scored for the Waratahs midway through the first half of their clash against the Blues in Auckland on Saturday.
The prolific fullback surpassed Doug Howlett's 59 during his stints at the Highlanders, Hurricanes, and Blues between 1997-2007, with the New Zealander needing 104 games to reach his target.
In contrast, Folau set the new mark in his 96th match and will likely run away with the record, having recently signed a new four-year deal with his club until the end of 2022, putting to bed any concerns that he may move overseas.
The record-breaking try came from a Bernard Foley cross-kick which Folau plucked out of the air to score and give the Waratahs much-needed points with the Blues leading 17-7.

Below are the some of women who I look up to especially Carol Tshabalala,. She really inspired me when I was still in school during the 2010 FIFA World Cup that was held here in South Africa. She change my whole perception about sport, and I knew in that moment that I also want to be a Sport Women.

Proud to say women are now joining the sports broadcasting and Journalism side ,usually before women used to be interested in the physical side of sports ,which is  being soccer players ,swimmers and other sports players .In South Africa Carol Tshabalala was the well known spots presenter or broadcaster but now this has changed.
Women like Lebo Motsoeli are joining this new venture and are making a mark in the world of sports broadcasting and journalism .They has been much focus on honoring women who are soccer players, cricket players ,swimmers and other sports players ,this has to changed women like Carol Tshabalala ,Mpho Maboi,Lebo Motsoeli have to recognized and honored nationally .the way the honor those are part of the physical side ,like the way the honored Bayana Bayana  Portia Modise.
